Yes! We do bill insurance for occupational therapy services. We are in-network with Medicare, and we are out of network for other insurers. We do our best to work with you to take advantage of the insurance benefits you have for occupational therapy. You will provide your insurance information prior to the first visit and will be provided with a cost estimate. We are not able to guarantee insurance coverage of services at any time.
Yes! Because we bill insurance, the service does have to be ordered by a physician. This can be your eye doctor or your primary care physician.
Please let us know that you are interested! You can ask your eye doctor or your primary care physician for a referral. We can provide you or your doctor with a referral form if they do not have one already. We look forward to working with you!
